We achieve this by developing individuals' abilities to take responsibility themselves, among other things. In our view, everyone needs to understand their own role within the organisation, and enhancing people's understanding of what is happening is a way of reinforcing the company's opportunities for success.

In our personal advice, we also focus on the company's relationships - this is a gauge of people's abilities to communicate. It may seem as though some people were born with the ability to communicate, while others were not. We think everyone has the ability to learn. And if you can build up relationships, business deals will follow on from that. Personal advice may also traditionally include being given advice, support and encouragement, and learning from the experiences of others.
