Change Analysis

Your willingness and ability to implement your own initiatives are built up in three stages under the management of Performance: Analysis of underlying reasons for the results. Ideas which will improve the results. Decisions on what changes have to be implemented and improved. Analysis work may, for example, include customer and staff analyses and skills and business analyses. We maintain close cooperation with the University of Gothenburg to guarantee scientific value. Performance will then help you draw the correct conclusions and to turn these into practical action and benefits.
